Why a mobile app for landlords makes the difference
Letting rarely happens at a desk. You're on your way to the flat, in the boiler room, at the bank, with the caretaker, with the tenant. A mobile app for landlords puts the key features right on your smartphone — turning the classic "back to the computer this evening" into a "quick job on the phone".
Three features are especially useful: AI receipt scanner, which photographs the till receipt right there in the store and recognizes it automatically (amount, date, supplier, cost type) — no more cardboard box full of receipts. Meter reading capture in the boiler room, with a photo backup as proof for later. And push notifications for important deadlines like the billing deadline (12 months after the billing period).
GDPR note: Tenant data on smartphones is particularly sensitive. The Rentprime app stores no data persistently on the device — all data stays encrypted in the cloud and is freshly loaded on each access. If your device is lost, you can sign out the account remotely.
