Rentprime is provided by KRUPKA Concept GmbH, a German limited liability company based in Monheim am Rhein, to customers across the European Union. The same legal entity operates all 14 country domains (rentprime.de, rentprime.at, rentprime.ch, rentprime.fr, rentprime.it, rentprime.es, rentprime.pt, rentprime.nl, rentprime.be, rentprime.lu, rentprime.co.uk, rentprime.com, rentprime.pl, rentprime.cz). Local-language support and country-specific billing rules are built into the product, but the contractual provider entity is and remains KRUPKA Concept GmbH under German law.

Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
German law applies to the services offered in Germany (rentprime.de). The place of jurisdiction for disputes is Monheim am Rhein, to the extent permitted by law. For consumers outside Germany, the respective mandatory consumer protection law of their country of residence applies; the choice of law does not deprive the consumer of this protection (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation).
Representative in the EU & the United Kingdom
EU representative (GDPR Art. 27): As our establishment is in Germany (EU), no additional representative is required. For UK users (post-Brexit, UK GDPR Art. 27): we will appoint a UK representative as soon as we start active UK marketing activities — until a representative is formally appointed, UK users can address data protection requests directly to support@rentprime.de, and we will respond in accordance with UK GDPR deadlines (1 month).
Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to the general laws per § 7 (1) DDG (German Digital Services Act).
