Which questions may I ask in the self-disclosure?

Permitted are e.g. name, address, occupation, net income, number of people moving in and previous tenancies. Not permitted are questions about religion, pregnancy, party membership, criminal record or plans to have children — these don't have to be answered truthfully.

Does Rentprime issue a credit report itself?

No. Rentprime is not a credit agency. The demo shows illustratively what an assessment can look like. You ask the prospect to provide their own credit report (e.g. a consumer credit check), which you then file and assess in a structured way in Rentprime.
